1)   Regularly dust-mop or vacuum to remove the grit that may scratch, and soil that may stain your floor. Damp-mop to clean.

Please Note:  a traditional mop and bucket can contribute to soiling by allowing dirty water to settle in the grout lines!  The micro-fiber kit we retail makes dust-mopping and damp-mopping a breeze, and leaves your floor clean and shining.  (Shown under “products and services” on our webpage.)

CAUTIONDo Not use cleaners that are acidic (vinegar) or alkaline (most household cleaners).  They can ruin stone, unglazed tile and grout.  Tile floors need a Neutral cleaner.

2)   For Glazed Tile, every few years have us clean your tile and grout with our specialized cleaning system and equipment.  We’ll seal the grout with a clear, penetrating sealer to prevent stains.

3)   Stone and Unglazed Tile are softer and are porous.  They will need deep-cleaning using a different system and specialized equipment.  We will then apply a specialty finish over  the whole surface to seal and protect it.  It’s a more expensive process, but will last for quite a number of years.  We guarantee you’ll be thrilled with the results!
